How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weddings and peak seasons. That said, if your date is coming up fast — reach out anyway! We’ll do our best to make it happen.

Do you travel for events?
Yes, we do! We’re based in [Your City/Region], but we’re happy to travel within [insert radius or region] for your event. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the distance.

What do you need from the venue?
Our mobile setup is self-contained and requires a flat surface to park and serve, as well as access to a standard power outlet (110v) if available. If power is not available, let us know — we can bring a generator.

Can we customize the drink menu for our event?
Absolutely. We offer options to name signature drinks, adjust offerings for your crowd (decaf, dairy-free, cold brew, etc.), and even add custom signage for a personalized touch.

Is gratuity included in your pricing?
Gratuity is not automatically included, but always appreciated. If you'd like to include a tip in your booking total or allow guests to tip our baristas, just let us know — we’re flexible.
